{Cosmetology} |
Cosmetology offers the opportunity for a lifetime career in one of the country’s largest and most profitable industries.
Within 1000 mandated hours and successful completion of the course, students are prepared to take the course, and prepared to take the New York State Cosmetologist licensing examination.
|
Students gain daily practical experience working on other students, and during the second year have the opportunity to profile services to patrons in a clinical setting.
Students entering the program must purchase a cosmetology kit and a uniform.
To meet the mandated 1000 hours of training, students must make up an extra 100 hours by attending after school clinics, or a summer session. |
