Participants in this pre-licensing program must hold a New York State Motor Vehicle Department's Learner permit. Completion of the NYS mandated 5-Hour classroom program meets the requirements for earning the MV-278 certificate, which is required before a student can register to take their road test. The certificate is valid for one year.
You must pre-register and pre-pay for this course.
There will be no registrations allowed at the door
You must bring your valid NYS Learner's permit to class.
Refund Policy: No refunds will be granted for cancellations or reschedules not received at least 72 hours prior to the beginning of the scheduled class (i.e., "no shows" are responsible for the course fee).
