One person from each component school district is designated as the "AV Coordinator" for the district. The main function of the AV Coordinators is to provide two-way communication between the member districts and the LRC.
- Attendance at regular meetings in which the AV Coordinators discuss how to disseminate information to their district staff.
- Sharing information regarding LRC services and potential services, equipment, and material for the Media Library.
- Bringing the needs of the district users (faculty, staff, and administrators) to the attention of the LRC Supervisor.
