The van delivery service, part of CoSer 509 Learning Resources Center, provides delivery of mail, AV equipment, computers, lamination, interlibrary loan and other materials between the 18 participating school districts and all BOCES offices and technical centers. All items that travel via van mail are date-stamped when they arrive in the Learning Resources Center, before being sorted for their final destination. Items that are insufficiently addressed or have NO RETURN address will be sent back to the site of origin. Only properly addressed materials are sent on to the districts or BOCES offices in order to ensure correct and confidential delivery. If you are sending materials via BOCES van mail, please make sure to address the materials as if you were mailing them through the U.S. Postal Service (with complete sender and addressee information).
For any van delivery or pickup that cannot be completed with the normal van delivery run please use the Van Delivery Request Form below. This includes the shipment of large or excessively heavy items, large quantities of items, or items that by their size or nature may damage other materials in the normal delivery.
The last van delivery dates for the 2016-17 school year were June 19th & 20th. After that, plan on sending them via U.S. mail. Thank you
