Three modular homes built by students in the St. Lawrence‑Lewis BOCES Building Trades program at the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Centers are now available for sale.
Each modular home is 28’ x 56’ and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The homes were constructed by Building Trades students as part of their hands‑on training at the CTE Centers.
The newly constructed homes will be sold through a sealed bid process.
Bids will be accepted for the sale of the modular homes located at the CTE Centers until 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the St. Lawrence‑Lewis BOCES Educational Services Center, 40 West Main St., Canton, NY 13617.
