The 2026-27 school year officially kicked off on Wednesday, Sept. 2, as faculty and staff from across St. Lawrence-Lewis BOCES gathered for Opening Day.
The event provided an opportunity for employees to reconnect with colleagues, welcome new team members and prepare for another year of supporting students, districts and communities throughout the region. Staff heard important updates, celebrated accomplishments from the previous year and focused on the shared mission of providing exceptional educational opportunities and services.
Opening Day also served as a reminder of the impact SLL BOCES employees make every day through their dedication, professionalism and commitment to student success.
As classrooms fill and programs begin, we thank all staff for the energy and enthusiasm they bring to their work. Here’s to a successful and rewarding school year ahead!
